The Information Architecture White Paper was jointly developed in May 2020 by MOD and Industry to:

a) identify the key Digital Threads of through-life Engineering Support within the UK Defence environment,

b) provide a common view and recommendation on how they should be protected and managed,

c) highlight some of the key challenges,

d) present thoughts on the next steps required to develop an appropriate information architecture for Industry 4.0 Engineering Support.

The aim is to inform key stakeholders for consideration as part of the Business Modernisation for Support (BMfS) programme.
