UK Defence Integration Capability Set Development, to support Defence Priorities

​Event to:

1. Understand the MOD’s Integration Intent to inform an Industry response to the defence imperatives.
2. Define potential short notice, deployed capability sets, lead times, and supplier collaboration, recognising the need to iterate and improve.
3. Understand the industry concerns, issues, and the challenges which arise working through a potential ‘coalition of the willing” including UK, Allies, NATO, and Industrial partners.
4. Collectively understand the demand signal required by Industry to ensure effective and efficient support.
5. Define how best to work collaboratively to mature capability sets through working group action & industry SQEP secondees
6. Define collaborative effort to mature capability sets through working group action & industry SQEP secondees.

Given in-person space constraints (and being respectful of the contribution by all), only 1 in-person attendee per organisation will be allowed.

Senior Government officials will be joining to observe, (and assist were appropriate), however, this is an industry led event to offer how collegiate input to their immediate defence integration imperatives can assist.
