The barriers and threats to the UK Defence supply chain including cyber attack, business continuity and support in an uncertain environment and ensuring a broad and fair access to the Defence market for new/ SME suppliers.

A diverse, cyber secure UK Defence supply chain that mitigates single points of failure and supports and sustains SME access.

Identify geopolitical risk and select the five top risks to focus on, [based on value and impact] Identify key Defence stakeholders and actors Map the “as is” SCM processes Define human resource requirements to carry out agreed processes Identify strategic items of supply.
